I am just starting with Armstrong and Gary but Armstrong took the time to listen carefully and asked the right questions to make sure i can meet my fitness goals and pass the test I want too, they are both helping me make the changes I need to and shift the mindset which will make all the difference. Then I met Gary, who is helping me build my fitness, pushing me along with a great side of humour. So far I am massively impressed with the content of the app they use and there willingness to help with any and all questions
