Account access
Create an account with an email address and password. Save the one-time recovery code shown at signup. Use the recovery page if you forget your password.
Editing feedback
Your account lists the reviews you have published. You can edit their rating, text, title, and date or remove the review.
Reporting a review
Select the flag button on a review and explain the concern. Reports are reviewed against the guidelines.
Claiming a business
Submit a profile claim with your role, work email, and supporting details. Claims are reviewed before reply access is enabled.
